HWF Roster: Lance Sterling

INTERVIEW SESSION

Tony Bradshaw: What got you started in the wrestling industry?

Lance Sterling: I thought I'd give it a try. Wrestling isn't that much harder than acting, you just have to know that sometimes the other guy WANTS to hurt you! Ha, ha, ha

Tony Bradshaw: If you were given the opportunity, what would you do with your life?

Lance Sterling: I'd continue to do just what I do now: Star in motion pictures. ?

Tony Bradshaw: What was your first impression of the HWF?

Lance Sterling: Hard to the f'n core, but god damn good.

Tony Bradshaw: Do you have any secret talents or little things that you can do?

Lance Sterling: Yes...I'm a famous movie star! I'd say thats around three or four talents wrapped up into one! I'm also an accomplished martial artist, one of the best.

Tony Bradshaw: Okay, you have the chance to wrestle ANYONE in history, it doesn't even have to be a wrestler, who would it be and most importantly why?

Lance Sterling: Hmm..that's a tough one. I'd have to say Ric Flair, in his younger days. Back then Flair was what Lance Sterling is today: The epitome of greatness.

Tony Bradshaw: Do you like the prospect of "Hardcore" in wrestling? Or do you think Hardcore is basically a easy way to get over and doesn't involve any real talent?

Lance Sterling: You know, I don't really care. If I have to get my hands dirty to get the job done, so be it.

Tony Bradshaw: Do you have any idols you'd love to meet?

Lance Sterling: No comment. NEXT!

Tony Bradshaw: How long have you been wrestling and training for?

Lance Sterling: I've been wrestling for around 3 years, and training for probably a year or so before that. But I've also competed in martial arts tournaments since I was around 19 or 20, and training for that is almost the same as training to be a pro wrestler so..I'd say I've been training for a good 5 or 6 years, and then wrestling for 3. Not to mention all the stunts I pull in my action films...

Tony Bradshaw: Have you ever done anything that has changed your life, or made you reconsider what you were doing to the point of stopping it?

Lance Sterling: Way back when, before I got my break into stardom, I was one mean son of a bitch. I'd go out and get into trouble like no tomorrow, get arrested for all sorts of things. That's where I got the idea for Carnage, you know...but its all good now. I shaped up a long time ago, and look where I am today: I'm a multi-millionaire, plus I'm world famous!

Tony Bradshaw: Do you ever dwell on the past?

Lance Sterling: Only when it comes back to haunt me! Ha, ha, ha!

Tony Bradshaw: What is your favorite genre of music, and why?

Lance Sterling: I listen to anything, basically. It depends on my mood.

Tony Bradshaw: Who is your favorite musical artist/band, and why?

Lance Sterling: I'm partial to Metallica because I love their style of music.

Tony Bradshaw: What CD's in your collection are hitting your ears currently?

Lance Sterling: Metallica's "S&M" with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.

Tony Bradshaw: Who is your favorite wrestler, living or dead, and why?

Lance Sterling: Ric Flair; in his day he was the man, just like I'm the man now.

Tony Bradshaw: What is your favorite genre of film, and why?

Lance Sterling: It doesn't matter to me, I watch all genres and can portray all genres .

Tony Bradshaw: Who is your favorite actress/actor, and why?

Lance Sterling: Myself, because I'm Lance Sterling! Why else?

Tony Bradshaw: What are your favorite types of videogames?

Lance Sterling: When I have the time to play video games, Simulation and Role-Playing.

Tony Bradshaw: What games have you been playing recently?

Lance Sterling: I rarely play video games anymore, but...I'd say Age of Empires II or Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time..

Tony Bradshaw: What is your favorite author/book?

Lance Sterling: Anything by Dean Koontz or Stephen King.

Tony Bradshaw: What is your favorite food?

Lance Sterling: Filet Mignon, along with Caribbean lobster tail and a side dish of Escargot.

Tony Bradshaw: What is your favorite color?

Lance Sterling: Silver and gold, of course.

Tony Bradshaw: What hand do you whipe your ass with?

Lance Sterling: I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that question...
