![]() Tony Bradshaw: What got you started in the wrestling industry? Kyle Solomon: The death of my mother, she was the only thing holding me back. The risk, the daring taunt of the industry just eggin me on... everything. Tony Bradshaw: If you were given the opportunity, what would you do with your life? Kyle Solomon: Wrestling is my life. I was supposed to be a doctor... we'll I'll be a damn doctor when I lose my legs and have nothing else to live for but being an uptight old bastard who has nothing to live for. Tony Bradshaw: What was your first impression of the HWF? Kyle Solomon: Hey, here's a place where The Mark can be appreciated in the same way, if not better than, he was in the SWF. Tony Bradshaw: Do you have any secret talents or little things that you can do? Kyle Solomon: The Mark's ambidextrous. Tony Bradshaw: Okay, you have the chance to wrestle ANYONE in history, it doesn't even have to be a wrestler, who would it be and most importantly why? Kyle Solomon: My wife, mud wrestling. Why? Cuz its my dream. Tony Bradshaw: Do you like the prospect of "Hardcore" in wrestling? Or do you think Hardcore is basically a easy way to get over and doesn't involve any real talent? Kyle Solomon: Hardcore is the only real challenge ikn this business. It involes taking risks and its a true battle of guts and glory. Seeing who can take it to the max and then some. giving the fans their money's worth. Wrestling's not meant to be structured, to be tamed and isolated inside of a ring. Its meant to pull out all the stops and withstand all the pain to achevie instant success. Tony Bradshaw: Do you have any idols you'd love to meet? Kyle Solomon: None. Tony Bradshaw: How long have you been wrestling and training for? Kyle Solomon: I began backyard wrestling at the age of 12, but stanrted seriously into the business when I was 16. Tony Bradshaw: Have you ever done anything that has changed your life, or made you reconsider what you were doing to the point of stopping it? Kyle Solomon: When my mother died, it changed my life around. She told me on her death bed for me to live life to its fullest and do whatever it took to keep myself alive. I did a 90 degree turn from medicine into pro wrestling. I nearly had to stop when my kneecap almost shattered after the Kosan Death Match, but I figured this: If I play it safe and stay out of wrestling, thats not life at its fullest. Its coppin out and cheating the fans. I wrestle for the fans and if I pussd out, I'd might as well spit in all their faces. Besides, I will not EVER give up on ANYTHING, much less my career... or my fans. Tony Bradshaw: Do you ever dwell on the past? Kyle Solomon: Constantly.
Tony Bradshaw: What is your favorite genre of music, and why? Kyle Solomon: I'm not confined to any type for music because you cannot confine The Mark into the walls of one set genre. Tony Bradshaw: Who is your favorite musical artist/band, and why? Kyle Solomon: Less Than Jake. They're expressive and it gets your blood pumpin. Tony Bradshaw: What CD's in your collection are hitting your ears currently? Kyle Solomon: Slipknot, Incubus, Deftones Tony Bradshaw: Who is your favorite wrestler, living or dead, and why?
