![]() March 18, 2000 - Summaries The show opened with highlights of Parade of Cannibals 2. "The Icon" diving off the HWF-Tron and crashing through tables, Natural Born Killer hitting the ladder, causing Thunder to fly through the timekeeper's table. Vic Williams hitting a senton bomb from the balcony into the ring on Sammy Argon. Rebecca beating the hell out of Johnny Love. Another angle of "The Icon" diving off the HWF-Tron is shown, hyperbolizing the sound of impact. It is shown once more an aerial view and finally a sound byte of a dark voice saying, "…head on collision!" The camera then cuts to the parking lot, where Vic Hansen shuts the door of a silver rental car and turns to walk to the arena. Suddenly, an engine revs in the background and headlights blind Vic. He turns and is nailed by a black sports car! Vic is forced forward on the cement, motionless. Out from the car rushes The Main Attraction, Bryan McNevin and Matt Lane! Stacy cheers in the background, as Lane and McNevin assault Hansen. Lane then lifts Vic up and McNevin dives and grabs Vic's head, hitting the Ratings Getter (3D) on the hood of the car!!! The Main Attraction then walk into the arena, laughing. The arena is packed full of Asbury Park nuts, waiting for the HWF to bring them extreme. "Debonaire" by Dope blasts on the PA, as the camera picks up three men with their chest painted "OH-MY-GOD". As the camera pans around the arena, a young vivacious blonde fights for camera time as men around her coax her to flash the camera. Beer is thrown into the camera lens, as the show begins. (The camera fades in from commercial and the crowd is restless waiting for this show to finally get underway. When all of a sudden "Just Like This" by Limp Bizkit blares through the arena and then the crowd is suddenly awakened from their dull nap. A silver spotlight lights up the ring and Chris Goings appears in a sudden strike of lightning down to the ring. The crowd jumps then begins to applaud the HWF newbie as he holds a microphone up to lips wearing his wrestling attire, a purple, and black singlet with a big silver C in the middle and his black and purple wrestling shoes. The crowd silences with the slice of a finger from Chris Goings. His music stops and the lights are back to normal over the ring as the thousands and thousands of HWF fans I have arranged co-main event for tonight which I will be included in. I can see the headlines now, 'Chris Goings Trashes HWF Starr In His Debut'. Well if you haven't guessed by now I will be facing that idiot Starr tonight in my Suicide debut. Well I don't think I can wait any longer. Get that bum out here. One more thing. After my quick victory over Starr there won't be many people that I haven't beaten in my illustrious career. So the question isn't who's next anymore. The question now is who's left? Starr, YOUR LEFT! One more thing Starr, when you get into the ring with Chris Goings, its not a matter of winning or losing anymore Starr... Its a matter of your survival! The Main Attraction {Bryan McNevin & Matt Lane} vs. The Heavenly Hansens {Vic Hansen & Stew Hansen} Before the match, The Main Attraction had a view words to say… ("Hello Time Bomb" by The Matthew Good Band blasts over the PA system and three inward explosions of pyro goes off at the entrance. The lights dim and the crowd jeers the hell out of the Main Attraction. Bryan McNevin then leads the way in his ring gear and a black tee shirt, Stacy follows, and lastly Matt Lane walks out. They then both step into the ring and Matt Lane asks for a microphone.) As expected, Vic Hansen was rushed to the hospital and unable to compete. Stew Hansen was irate and rushed to the ring still in street clothes, carrying a steel metal pipe. Stew rushed in the ring and blasted Matt Lane in the skull with the pipe. Lane dropped like a tree as Stew nailed Bryan McNevin. As he went back to work on Lane, Stacy dove into the ring, trying to hurt Stew. She had no affect as Stew turned to work her over with the pipe. Bryan McNevin dove and chop blocked Stew. Stew dropped the pipe and was bent over. Stacy kicked him in the groin, as McNevin quickly picked him up and Matt Lane hit the inverted reverse neckbreaker-the Ratings Getter!!! They quickly pinned Stew as Brad Hunter and Cerebus ran to the ring. They attacked The Main Attraction and hit their new finisher-Devilish Intentions- on Bryan McShane. The move, a fall away slam by Cerebus followed by a corkscrew moonsault into a frog splash, was then executed on Stew Hansen. ["The World Is Not Enough" hits to speakers at Asbury Park and the fans go nuts for returning wrestler Michael Trey. He continues down the aisle slapping the fans hands. He rolls into the ring and gets a mic tossed to him.] [Michael drops the mic and goes to a corner, making the crowd get louder. He rolls out of the ring and stalks to the back, giving high-fives along the way.] After the break, the camera caught up to Trey backstage. Michael Trey and Jayson Starr broke into an altercation, as Claire Matthews tries to break it up. Out of nowhere, a man in all black nails Jayson Starr with a bat. Starr hits the ground and the man runs away as Trey is completely confused. Edgecrusher vs. Sammy Argon (Chair Shot Survival Match) Edgecrusher had a few words to say before his match with Sammy Argon… (The lights go dim and red and black lights begin to strobe along the rampway. You hear, "Due To The Graphic Nature Of This Program, Listener Discretion Is Advised." Then as the light still strobe, "Edgecrusher" by Fear Factory begins to play over the arena. After a few moments, you see the entranceway fill with smoke. A low light comes up from behind the smoke area. You see a the outline of a figure that appears to be holding a chair. Then he steps through the smoke and you see EDGECRUSHER with the chair. He is wearing a black amateur style wrestling outfit. That is black and red and the word EDGECRUSHER, written on the back in red. He walks intensely down to the ring clutching the chair in his hands. He doesn't pay any attention to the fans booing him. He climbs into the ring and he is handed a mic.) The match began quickly backstage and spilled into the ring. Edgecrusher used a crafty steel chair with tacks glued on to work over Argon. Argon was bloodied all to hell not even two minutes into the match. Edgecrusher became upset with the crowd and Sammy Argon got the momentum. Argon hit a neckbreaker and then took over with the chair. He pounded on the head of Edgecrusher until Edgecrusher was on dream street. Sammy Argon went up top and dove off with the chair, but Edgecrusher moved. Edgecrusher then locked on a German suplex, while Argon still had the chair in his hands. The chair smacked into the head of Argon and the match was over. Brad Hunter and Cerebus rushed to the ring and each got a chair. They nailed Sammy Argon and Edgecrusher with the chairs to a cheer of the crowd, then left. Afterwards, Edgecrusher grabbed a handful of thumbtacks and forced them down Sammy's throat!! Sammy began coughing up blood and was having trouble breathing as he was sent to the hospital. The final match of the night was for the tag titles. Actual champions, Brad Hunter and Cerebus, were to face the men with the belts, School House Rocks. The match began but was quickly interrupted by Strictly Bizzness who beat on Sanders and Marx with their briefcases. SHR disposed of the two and went back to work with Cerebus and Hunter. Not two minutes later, Justin Storm and Lance Sterling appeared wearing "Perfect Alliance" tee shirts. They rush to the ring, nailing SHR. They brawl with SHR as Brad Hunter and Cerebus come in a 6 man free for all begins. From the back, Chris Goings comes to the ring. He observes for just a second then dives in the ring, help Justin Storm and Lance Sterling. Hunter and Cerebus get out of the ring after having enough. They grab the HWF Tag Titles from the timekeeper and walk to the back. Sterling, Storm, and Goings beat SHR to the ground as Goings then rips his shirt off, revealing another underneath reading "Perfect Alliance"!!! Goings, Sterling, and Storm then climb the ropes (Goings on the left turnbuckle, Storm standing on the ropes, and Sterling on the right turnbuckle) as the show goes off the air.
