![]() February 19, 2000 (Before the match begins Brad Hunter, Cerebus, and his manager Rebecca are shown walking to ringside. The trio takes a seat near the timekeepers, each carrying their respective snacks. Brad Hunter is eating crackerjacks and drinking a Pepsi, while Cerebus has a Coors Light and a hot dog, and finally Rebecca has a Diet Coke. Taking the attention from this trio, the sounds of "Du Hast" by Rammstein hit the PA as the lights begin to strobe to the beat. Thorne steps out from behind the curtain with an angry sneer plastered across his face, just as the cage begins to make its descent. He stops half way down the aisle and begins to taunt fans at random. A few fans have to be restrained by security. Thorne sneers at them, and continues his walk to the ring. Once he reaches the ring, the cage has come down around the ring. Thorne enters the door into the cage as the fans continue to jeer. "Confusion" by New Order then begins.) Jeff: Evidently Dark Force has some new music. (As if the song was aptly titled, a rain of confusion comes over the crowd. Dark Force doesn't appear in the entranceway or from anywhere.) Tim: Maybe Dark Force just isn't ready to come back... (The HWF arena goes black and a hush falls over the crowd. A loud roar of thunder rumbles through the arena but immediately changes to Prodigy's "Breathe". Silver and blue pyrotechnics erupt from above the ring and in front of the stage entrance. The lights come back on and Thunder comes out from behind the dark curtains wearing his black outfit lined with silver and Jeff: What? Did Thorne just win? Tim: No, Thunder hasn't been in the ring yet, so the match hasn't begun. Jeff: Tell that to Thorne... (Thorne and Thunder have begun to brawl. Thunder goes face first into the cage, thanks to Thorne. Reinhardt then grabs Thunder by the hair, taking him towards the door. Thorne throws Thunder inside and follows after. Thorne then stops, grabbing something from his pocket. He reveals a pair of handcuffs, in which he uses to lock the cage's door shut.) Tim: Thorne has just locked the door shut! That means to win, you'll either have to pin your opponent or go over the top. (Thorne goes after Thunder with a double ax handle but Thunder places an elbow to the gut. Thunder is up and pounds away on Thorne. Thunder attempts an Irish whip but Thorne reverses. Thunder goes bouncing into the ropes and is practically decapitated by a massive clothesline from Reinhardt. Reinhardt quickly grabs Thunder back up and man handles him into the corner. Thorne uses his leg, outstretched, to choke the life out of Thunder! Thunder struggles for air until Thorne finally releases. Thunder falls to his knees, grabbing his throat. Thorne, unceremoniously, drops a Rocker-dropper style leg drop onto the bent over Thunder.) Jeff: What are those three doing out here, anyway? Tim: I don't know, but they seem to be rooting for Thunder. (True to word, the trio tries to get Thunder going by clapping. Thorne doesn't take so kindly, giving the three the finger.) Jeff: Germany, Canada, America... folks, that hand gesture means the same just about everywhere. (Thorne goes back to work on Thunder, bringing him upright into a standing head scissors. Thorne picks him up and drops him back down with a huge powerbomb! Reinhardt stumbles backward, but regains his stance. He moves close to Thunder, dragging the smaller foe to his feet. Thunder retaliates and nails a low blow, sending the large German to his knees. Thunder then drives a stick kick to the face of Reinhardt, sending him to his back. Thunder stomps Thorne a few times, before running to the ropes. Thunder then uses the ropes and cage as a springboard, turning in midair, and nails a diving head butt on Thorne! But men are in trouble, when Dark Force's theme kicks in!) Tim: He IS here!!! (The crowd erupts as Thorne and Thunder stumble to their feet, going to the closest part of ring to the entrance. Once again, Dark Force no shows! The crowd begins to boo just as the ring mat begins to tear! Dark Force jumps out of the whole, wielding two baseball bats. Thorne Reinhardt and Thunder turn to see him, taking the defensive. Dark Force then tosses one bat to Thunder, as Thunder begins to smile. Thorne backs into the corner, as Dark Force clobbers Thunder?!) Jeff: Thunder and Dark Force looked to be in cahoots, but no more! (Dark Force tosses a bat to Reinhardt as the two begin to beat Thunder with the bats! From ringside, Brad Hunter and Cerebus scale the cage, getting into the ruckus. Thorne and Dark Force then go after Hunter and Cerebus as the four are in an all out war! Bats are flying as no two seem to have an advantage. Then, "The OTHER Revolution" Brian McShane and Lightning Kid stormed the cage. The two seemed to help Thunder as all seven men started to fight. A hoard of officials, mainly the HWF Riot Squad storm the ring. After they use bolt cutters to open the door, then hold back the seven. The crowd start to chant "LET THEM FIGHT" as the show goes to commercial.) "Simply Perfect" Lance Sterling vs. Justin Storm - Stairway to Hell / Barbwire / Falls Count Anywhere Match Tim: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Saturday Suicide! As you see, the ring has been turned into a demolition device, by entangled the ropes with sadistic barbwire! (The arena's spotlights turn to silver, and gold pyro shoots up three times from the center of the stage. "Better Than You" by Metallica starts to play over the speakers. Lance Sterling walks out from behind the curtains and a chorus of cheers, mostly from the ladies in the crowd, greets him. Lance is wearing a glittery silver robe with "Simply Perfect" embroidered on the back in gold stitching. He slowly walks down towards the ring, an air of confidence about him. He climbs the steps and gets into the ring, then removes his robe to the adoration of the women. Under the robe Lance is wearing silver pants with "Simply Perfect" written up the left leg in gold and "Lance Sterling" written up the right leg, again in gold writing, and a pair of gold wrestling boots. He flexes his muscles and a shower of pyro explodes around him as his music fades out. Sterling walks over to the announcer and grabs the microphone) LANCE STERLING: Helloooo...New Orleans! (Crowd pops) LANCE STERLING: Tell me something, New Orleans...are you ready to get HARDCORE? More importantly, are you ready to see me, your idol, beat the hell out of Justin Storm here tonight? (Crowd cheers) LANCE STERLING: I thought so. You know, a lot of you people probably remember seeing me here before, either during the filming of my latest blockbuster, "HellStorm"...or when I wrestled here a time or two as Carnage. And you all remember just how dangerous I can be, right? (Crowd screams "YES!") LANCE STERLING: Damn straight. So tonight, I'm going to give each and every one of you here a special attraction. Tonight, in a match that has been a long time in the making, you will get to see me, once again your idol and your hero, take on the self-proclaimed "Hardcore Icon" in a Stairway to Hell match. Now, I know I've never been in that particular match...but that's irrelevant. What's important is that even though I'm now going under my real name and not some alias, everybody in this building knows that I'm still the toughest son of a bitch around, and that I'm Hard to the F'N Core! Isn't that right? (The crowd cheers loudly for Lance. Chants of "Go, Lance, Go!" can be heard, and Lance just smiles. With a wave of his hand, he calms the crowd down) LANCE STERLING: Amen to that. Actually you know what, I think that the "higher ups" are getting pissed at my taking all the mic time, so Justin Storm, get your ass out here right now, and let's settle this once and for all. I'll be a good sport, and wish you luck, but the fact of the matter is that right here and now, I'm going to give you a Director's Cut! (Sterling drops the microphone as "Nobody's Real" by Powerman 5000 begins to play. Justin Storm walks onto the ramp. He has a Singapore cane in hand. All of a sudden pyros go off in front and behind of him. The pyros stop as he walks down to the ring. He climbs up the stairs and enters the ring. "Nobody's Real" by Powerman 5000 goes off of the PA.) Jeff: This is debut of Lance Sterling and Justin Storm, although it was brought to the public's attention by Justin Storm that Lance Sterling was formerly Carnage. In addition, it has also been said that they were in deep heated feuds elsewhere, so this should be a memorable match. (The referee takes the Singapore cane from Justin Storm, attacking it to a cord hanging from the rafters. It is pulled out of reach, only accessible by ladder. Two of which are lying outside the ring. Lance and Justin begin to circle as the bell rings. Lance Sterling takes the early momentum, taking Justin Storm to the outside. Storm was caught up in the barbwire for several minutes until Lance nailed him with repeatedly chair shots. Lance then took the fight into the crowd. The two fought into the back, using everything from lights to vacuum cleaners. They spilled back out in the arena as Storm has taken the momentum. Storm threw Sterling into just about every inch of railing, finally sending him back in the ring. After setting up a table, Storm set Sterling on it. Then, a ladder was used as a springboard for a guillotine leg drop!! The table shattered as both men were out. First to get the cane was Storm, who severely battered Sterling with that such cane. Sterling was able to block one cane shot and changed into a Russian leg sweep, choking Storm. Sterling then took his turn with the cane, after tangled Justin in the barbwire. Another table was introduced and demolished as Sterling used the jackhammer known as the Sterling Slam. Storm came back after slipping out of the Director's Cut. He put Lance on a closed ladder and ascended the turnbuckle. He dove off trying for the Torrential Downpour frog splash, but Sterling moved and Storm nailed the Director's Cut(Fireman's Carry into Crucifix Powerbomb) for the 3 count.) (Commercials)
After their respective intros, the two squared off. Blackjack took the early lead hitting many powerbomb variations. The action spilled out on the floor where Extream was DDTed onto a pile of tacks. Blood flowed freely during the match. Blackjack then was busted open after a botched springboard plancha, in which Blackjack slipped off the top rope and landed on the railing. Extream took advantage with a large array of kicks. He then hit a Tornado DDT onto a bed of nails, which also hurt his back. Both men were out of it early into the match. Blackjack then took over and put the action back in the ring. A German suplex went too strong as Blackjack overshot and Extream violently collided with the turnbuckle. Blackjack used the Blackjack 21 (sharpshooter) to drain Extream, but the HWF legend would not tap out. Instead, he used his leg strength to shoot Blackjack through the ropes and outside on the nails. Extream then hit a Michinoku like dive onto Blackjack, sending both men into the crowd. They battled back and forth, back into the ring. Blackjack and Extream both went for a superkick and each connected, sending both into opposite corners. Then, to the surprise of the crowd, the HWF Hardcore champion, Natural Born Killer, appeared from the crowd. He tinkered with the C4 explosives and then began to run as the C4 exploded on Extream!!! The explosion send Extream into the center of the ring as NBK went to the back. Blackjack then took advantage, attempting a powerbomb. It was reversed into "Too the Extreme" (hurricanrana to DDT) which got Extream the win. Afterwards, Brian McShane and Lightning Kid come down as Extream has got a mic…) Extream- Hey Icon, why don't you bring your egotistical ass out here so I can say a few words to you. (The Icon, NBK, Thorne Reinhardt, and Dark Force run after the Elite as the eight men destroy each other. The Icon hits the Icon Bomb on Extream, as NBK pounds on Lightning Kid. Thorne and Dark Force have separated themselves from the Hardcore Revolution as they fight McShane and Thunder. The Suicide credits begin to roll as the show goes off the air.)
